Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners acquired the Sierra Sun townhomes in Puyallup for $45 million in sale recorded in Pierce County on Monday. The sellers are Flying Ranch Sierra Sun LLC and HZF Sierra Sun LLC, whose addresses are associated with real estate investment company Hamilton Zance of San Francisco. The 168,000-square-foot property at 12415 172nd St. E. was developed in 2003 and has 150 units spread across 20 two-story buildings. It sits on about 17 acres in the South Hill area.
