(Andy Bronson / The Herald) Ferry service from Edmonds-Kingston returned at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday after an issue with the transfer span halted sailings. EDMONDS — The Edmonds to Kingston ferry route was briefly suspended Tuesday morning due to electrical issues, state officials said. The closure stemmed from electrical issues with the transfer span at the Edmonds terminal , according to Washington State Ferries.
