This is a great place to live as far as the location, price, and upkeep, but the Property Management absolutely sucks... I have sent 3 emails and had a person to person talk with one of the management people here about the constant banging from the tenants in apartment P206 above us (our ceiling) their floor.. I even played a recording for the management people. When I had the head Manager (Patrick) come listen they were banging but not like they normally do. He said quote " that's normal noise " I said that it's all the time and it's louder normally.. his response was I didn't hear anything to file a complaint... I was like what have I been doing for almost a year and it still continues!!!! His response was it's a he said she said thing...I even said I have a recording from January 17.. he said you really can't go by a recording... my next response was fine then I'm not crazy ... you can leave now!!!! I will find out the name of the property management company tomorrow and file a formal complaint with his supervisors. Since it is a he said she said deal and I have to provide proof it works the same way ..... let the noise wars begin.... property rules say no loud noises between 9 pm and 8 am.... I think I have a poltergeist in my apartment... I can't control that????

We had a great experience at Linden Lane. Here is a letter I sent them upon moving out. "Thank you for our deposit back. It was super fair. Thank you also for the best renting experience we've ever had in our 8 years of renting. I appreciate your maintenance team always being honest and nice and fixing things quickly - even when I've told you its a matter that can go to the bottom of the list. Thank you for listening when we had that neighbor issue. Even though you couldn't get involved, thank you for making me feel like you understood where we were coming from. We loved our community and it felt like a neighborhood, not just an apartment complex that you live at until you get to the next place in your life".
